We'd love to see you in our store when your product is ready.  There's a coffee shop next door, if you're nice to us we might buy you a coffee.

 

But of course you might not be able to call into our beautiful store by the beach at Palm Beach.  We deliver direct all over Australia and we know just how important is it that print is delivered intact and on time. Depending on the product ordered and its weight/value, the courier we use may vary. However it gets to you, we will endeavour to always meet your deadlines.

 

What if something goes wrong?

Red Heeler does everything possible to reduce the chances of damaged goods, but damages do occur sometimes. In the first instance you must contact us by email sales@myredheeler.com.au detailing the damage. Please take a digital picture of the damage for our insurance and for any claims against the courier. Please do not dispose of the carousel-item as we may require its return (if return is required we will arrange return shipping.). Once we have been notified (and have received the images of the damage) we will replace the damaged goods as soon as possible.
